Sat in line for 20 minutes. Over heard at least 10 cars order a good Suze order but decided to cancel due to the milkshake and ice cream machines are down for cleaning. I estimates about 800 dollars easily lost in 20 minutes. I would hate to be the GM or a manager who actually cares. This would eat
I’ve gone to this location quite a few times as it’s the one closest to my house, but after this many chances I can’t keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. My orders are always simple, and yet they’re always made incorrectly and/or sloppily. The coffee is always watered down and has a sour tast
Absolute worst McDonald's anywhere. Service is very poor, timing is terrible. You will often wait 15 minutes in the drivethru alone. No accountability, no responsibility, nothing. This place is a joke. The only reason I come here is because it's often the only place convenient.
It was fast service and warm food but all wrong I asked for a large drink didn’t get it, asked for no pickles and there was pickles and asked for sweet tea and received unsweet.

Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup... Arrived and via app updated that "I'm here"... App responded they are working on the order and should be 5 minutes... Sat for 15 minutes then went inside with mask 😷 on to be yelled at that the inside was closed. Why wasn't the doors locked??? I was told
