I pulled in late one night. Lobby was not open. I'm at the drive through counter to pick up my order and this lady proceeded to cut in front of me to say something about her order and the cashier person told her she needed to get back in line. She got upset and proceeded to back up and I had to blow my horn a couple of times to get her to stop because she was going to back up into me and hit me if she didn't. If the lady had gotten out of her car and said excuse me but I have an issue/problem with my order can I go to the window ahead of you? I would have said sure no problem because lobby was not open. But the lady screamed and yelled at the window person and the were never disrespectful to her and she was extremely rude to them cursing at them calling them names and he kept his cool and remained very polite and told the lady to "have a wonderful rest of her evening"
