I want to thank Chili's Bar & Grill in Dryer, Indiana for honoring Veterans Day 2021! My husband went for lunch and was given a complimentary really good hamburger with bacon, garlic aioli sauce and fries. It was very good. The servers were excellent and made him feel special. I would recommend Chili's to any future customer.
my friend and i took our kids to this location and got there as soon at it opened. we were both super surprised at how fast it got busy. our kids food came over at a reasonable time but ours took about 30 minutes which is crazy since we both just got appetizers as our meals. our server Shay was absolutely amazing, seriously so nice and accommodating. she gave us both desserts for the inconvenience and was really apologetic. we were upset at all considering how she was really working hard with everything going on. wish i could have talk to a manager about how awesome she was!
Another example of too few employees for the number of customers. Our waitress worked hard to keep our party of five happy. Food was 5/5. Service was 4/5. Minor issue was cleared up without a hassle. Thank you for a nice meal!
The food was great. they were short handed and our server was awesome I knew he had to be stretched thin cause he was the host, bartender, and waiter and it wasn't packed but it was busy for one person and he rocked it. We gave him a 30 percent tip, wish we could have afforded to give alot more
