We come here at least once a week for donuts, and we're never disappointed with what they have in stock, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. If we've had an issue, we email the store and the manager is very quick to make reparations (not receiving the correct number of munchkins for example). We came today for some ice cream, and the portion for the waffle cone far exceeded my expectations, I couldn't finish it. It was delicious though. The staff is always friendly and offers quick service without making you feel like they're rushing you out the door.
Great staff. I start my day out here in the morning and stop by on my way home for an iced tea. Consistent service and I rarely get my order wrong. If they do just call up and they'll make it up to you later. I think it's happened maybe 3 times out of the hundred's of times I go there.
I can always count on this location for fast service and exceptional coffee. I also wanted to bring attention to the awesome service I received today! I visited this location on March 23 at around 10:20 am and the sweet woman working the drive thru was genuinely so kind and made my morning. Something about her uplifting attitude compelled me to write this review. I hope that she receives recognition for her excellent customer service and that this location hires more employees like her because I’ve gone to this store before and have had negative experiences.
