Arby's - Dyersburg - Photo album

Needed a short stop on a long road trip and Arby's appeared. Krista was the friendly associate. She helped me navigate the menu. Food was hot and fresh, help was professional and efficient. Turned out this was an awesome choice. I ran the bell on the way out!

Where do I start? First, the staff was extremely rude. We got a dine in service, and it took eons just to be noticed for an order to be taken. When trying to ask for a fork that wasn’t given, ignored. Ordered shakes trying to make the day better. Took 30 minutes!!! And, my jamocha shake had ORANGE C

Late lunch and thunderstorm. Great crew and service. Asked us to wait inside until storm passed. Crew was addressing water leaks and were still very courteous. Great Reuben sandwich !!!
