Who knew the best Mexican Restaurant was hiding in Eagle River, AK? I stop here every time I’m in town for work and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the colorful decor is truly a work of art!

Excellent customer service. Chips and salsa are delicious and the carne asada street tacos are right in 👍🏽. Love the cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant.
Food was absolutely amazing and the drinks were great. They have amazing white queso which is so hard to find up here that actually tastes delicious. 10/10 recommend. Will be back!
Service very slow. No water. No sense of urgency. Bar left unattended. Not even busy. Sadly prices up service down. Not on par with the past.
The owner made me a steak burrito for lunch today and it may have been THE BEST burrito that I have had up in Alaska. The rice in it was good and the meat was seasoned very nicely. I have had burritos other places and they were kind of flavorless compared to Jalepenos.

We have tried them All, This is our favorite mexican restaurant in all of the Anchorage area.
Joined some friends on Saturday night for a birthday party. We had a group of 25. The service was a little slow but it is hard to keep up orders for 25 people at one time. They definitely tried their hardest to make sure all of us were taken care of kept drinks in front of us.
