Delicious! The girls there were so polite, and the place was packed. The line was out the door and we were waited on within 20 min. Awesome job girls!
Service can be a bit slow, but that's the nature of customized treats. They always have a vegan/non dairy option as well. Small tables to eat in the restaurant, but serviceable and clean.
It’s a Cold Stone, so you know what to expect going in. It’s a chain ice cream place with a million combination options. We went an hour or so before they closed for the night and it wasn’t too busy. The girls working that night were nice!
Coldstone is awesomeness served the way you want. Great flavors are always in abundance. Staff are all great, friendly and courteous. Price is a bit on the high side as it can cost almost as much for desserts as it did for dinner. If not for that I would have given a five star. If 4.5 was an option
Great service the worker was able to make a special order that Cold Stone hasn't had on the menu for years. I had mercy on them and didn't make the sing for the tip. But it was in all good spirits. And the ice cream was just like I wanted it. GREAT JOB!!

Their ice cream is delicious with a huge variety to choose from. If you can’t make up your mind they have many combinations already suggested for you to pick from. The workers are friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong, check it out for yourself and enjoy.
Pretty standard for cold stones. Good ice cream with nice kids behind the counter. It was really busy for a Monday night before closing and the staff seemed calm so good service.
Employee didnt offer to mix in the toppings for my kids cups (i.e. she put them only on top so it was hard for my kids to eat without them falling out of their cup). It's very clean. Other ice cream places in Anchorage area can tend to be a bit gross but this one is really nice. The service is very friendly and fast and the ice cream is awesome.

It was on one of our visits to Cold Stone when my 6 year-old daughter spoke resolutely and announced that there will be "ice cream in heaven."
If this is true, then we should be going to Cold Stone every Sunday.
The pumpkin Spice ice cream was delicious! The service was great. I felt like guest in their home.
I love this place, great to bring your kids too! Lots of yummy options it is pricey but so worth it! And if you tip they sing a song
Their icecream gives me a slight stomach ache every time i eat it but that may be because it is so good that I can not help but eat it all!!
