Taco Bell - Eagle River - Photo album

Food is just fine and the order is generally correct.... but my gosh.... this is consistently the slowest fast food restaurant i have ever been to. We are talking about 5-10 minutes per car. If I see more than about one person in line.... I just leave.
Again I am not going to review the menu. If you have been alive since the Seventies in the US you have probably eaten here. I am going to say the service was good and my food was fine. Main problem is the portion sizes, they have definitely gotten smaller over the past year or so.
The drive through is moving very slow. The food was cold, after I asked twice please make sure it's hot, freshly fried. I get my food not even warm. I had to wait for 15 minutes and the second one they give me was barely warm
3 stars because it is average fast food. One late night visit the food seemed cold and stale. The other daytime visit the special request for no sauce no cheese was recorded but not fulfilled and we didn't realize til we were home to eat. Friendly and prompt customer service always!
Food is fast, but not always correct. 9 times out of 10 something is wrong or missing from our order. We have learned to thoroughly check our food before we leave. Some of the issues we had were : tacos had no meat (yes all FOUR tacos), charged for supreme tacos but were regular, chicken quesadilla
Drive tru line is a joke. Takes forever. Tried the lobby and sign says lobby is closed. COVID is over open your business. Will not go here till then. I’ll have to go to Anchorage.
This place is basically run by kids with no supervision. The food is never hot. Lobby’s never open. Taco Bell headquarters needs to take a look at this place.
Where’s the meat at? Barely any meat in my crunchwraps. Kinda lame only eating lettuce and tortilla
