Food was decent with good ice cream, but service was slow. Drive thru only.
Classic icecream. One of the only spots for some ice cream in Eagle River. They always seem to have a long drive through line, but it's worth it. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to fix any mistake on your order.
Not good! Ordered two six piece chicken strip baskets with country gravy tonight. Got home to find ranch dressing in the styrofoam containers that the gravy normally comes in. I called the store, spoke to a person I was told was the manager, who said they ran out of the usual ranch containers, so
Very disappointed in this dairy queen. You always see workers standing around inside doing nothing. They are very slow to bring your food. I got a small ice cream cake because it was my daughters birthday and the cake was covered in ice Chunks like it was freezer burned. It tasted old, too!

Soft serve tasted like marshmallow. Hot fudge did not melt any of it. Made a second visit a few weeks later and soft serve was much improved. Nothing special, just OK.
