Stopped by 12/27 on our way back from Glenwood Springs. Cozy, warm and welcoming cafe with delish hot sandwiches and great conversation. Try their version of a Philly Cheesesteak with Au Jus - the best!

I highly recommend Red Canyon Cafe. They have an extensive menu of delicious options to choose from. The wraps are my favorite. They are also extremely friendly with great customer service.

If I had to pick a favorite place to eat in the valley, it would probably be here. I used to spend most of my allowance here when I was in high school. Delicious food, great chai, and Ryan is a cool dude!
Excellent little café! Stopped in for lunch while passing through the area. Ordered the stoney, frenchie and a kids byo. I would definitely recommend this spot. Quick service and super friendly staff.
I stumbled on this place in desperation for a morning coffee and I'm glad I did! The atmosphere is very laid back and friendly. It seemed like they knew almost everyone who walked in the door and the food is pretty darn good too.
I got a bagel and some coffee and I don't know what they did to that bagel, but it was possibly the best I've ever had!

Such a great little sub shop. You must stop in for lunch if your ever in Eagle CO. They also have a gluten free option for all the subs.
