This is by far the best Dunkin I've ever been to. The entire staff is so very friendly and personally cares about you. They remember your name real quick so it makes it very personal. I'm so glad that the Easley Dunkin is where I go at least four times a week.
Went for one simple thing. Went through the drive thru. The person taking the order was rude and rushed us, the lady at the window dropped the money we handed her, and they can't count because we were missing an item. Wish I could give 0 stars. šš» Would rather make the drive elsewhere.
I love Dunkin so much but every time I go to this one there is something wrong with either the coffee machines or the drive thru is broken. Iām just happy we can finally go inside now. But Iām giving a three star because the coffee is always really good when the machine is not broken.
The new hummus toast is amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. An error was made but it was quickly fixed. Would definitely come back.
Whoever is working the morning of 04/27/22 is a rockstar, store was busy and could tell she was overwhelmed but continued to provide fast service and was an absolute sweetheart the whole time
