The staff here was very friendly. They knew the items on the menu inside and outside, and they were very accommodating. Half way through making my frap I remembered I wanted soy milk. They were happy to stop what they were doing and remake my drink.
I went through the drive thru, and I believe nick the store manager took my order and handed me my drink, and he was great! He was super nice and friendly, and it was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! Thank you for making my morning!!
Normally come here and everything goes smoothly but today was a bad experience. Ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. Got to the drive thru window and was handed a hot drink. Told the woman working the window that I ordered it iced. She rolled her eyes at me like it was my fault and had an attitude. They remade the drink and I thanked her. She didn't say anything and turned her back and walked away, again with an attitude. Tried the drink after pulling away and realized I was given a drip iced coffee with cream. Not the iced oat milk vanilla latte I ordered. 4 stars because I usually have a good experience
My favorite Starbucks! The baristas are so friendly and always smiling. It’s small but cozy. I’ve stopped at others Starbucks around town and it’s just not the same. Someone got their first pup cup the other day. This may be her new favorite stop to make. 🐶 you made her day Starbucks!!
Best Starbucks for best day ever! We arrived after 5th grade graduation today and everyone cheered our girl Teah! I couldn't hold back the happy tears! What a beautiful blessing!!
Always a great experience! Super friendly staff, great service and delicious drinks! Our dog loved his Pup cup too!!!
