Review Kornerstone - East Aurora

Generally speaking, my experience here is usually good. However every so often there are some inconsistencies with what I order. For example, one weekend I order a waffle with lots of vegan coconut whipped cream and I get a beautiful tasty waffle covered in the whipped cream (see the picture below). Then on a different weekend, I order the same thing and receive a less than beautiful tasty waffle that is not covered in the whipped cream and instead they put the whipped cream in 3 very small containers and the whipped cream is watery and not whipped. Aside from my experience with the waffles, pre-pandemic I loved their drinks (mainly their soy mocha, lemon drop, cloud 9) but during the pandemic and even now I find the flavor of some of their drinks to be inconsistent. I will say that my experience with their lemon ginger turmeric shot has been consistently good! So, for the price of the items, for their to be inconsistencies is a bit disheartening and a waste of hard earned money.

I order the same thing 1-2 times a week (Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie). Fresh ingredients and very tasty. Online ordering is easy and on-time. Customer service is excellent.

Great coffee, I always bring home a bag of their beans. It’s bright and cozy inside, with a lot of light. I like that there are vegan and gluten-free options. The breakfast sandwich was a little bland. Overall nice cafe.

My daughter is a competitive runner and I am doing my best to get healthy, so we both love the healthy, tasty food, cold pressed juice, and other beverage options at Kornerstone. I also was so impressed with the friendly staff's willingness to help me keep my pup cool when we ran out of water on a walk in the neighborhood recently! Thanks again!

Delicious, healthy smoothies; fantastic coffee & lattés; and amazing service from the young staff!! I bought a pound of coffee the last time I visited & it was delicious! They also have great breakfast & lunch sandwich selections. I highly recommend it!

The coffee/drinks are good. The food is more healthy than your regular coffee place. It has an organic, vegetarian/vegan friendly menu.

If you like fresh smoothies and squeezed juices, this is your place. A little pricey but worth it on occasion. The Turmeric in the Tropics is my go to smoothie, always amazing! Takes a little time to get your order but its made fresh!
