Had by far the best Reuben ever at American grille. We went in mid day and the service was awesome. Owner or manager was great and came up to our table and asked how our food was. Which made the experience that much more. My only suggestion would be to add more vegetarian options
Wonderful dining experience. Try the mediteranian chicken ! the fish fry ! the burgers ! everything was great - beyond that service was excellent !!
Wonderful restaurant. I had the Lincoln burger and it simply blew my mind. Everything is home cooked, as far as I could tell and the servers and staff were incredibly helpful and nice.
Great Place!. Beautiful restaurant, amazing food and the friendliest bartenders/waitress around! Check them out you won't be disappointed!
Great Food, Great times. I have been to the American Grille twice for so far, Once for lunch and once for dinner. I ate at the bar for lunch and it was one of the best times I have had, The Burger was great and the company was just as good, the bartenders are outgoing and treat you like you are there only customer. I also went for dinner with a few friends and the food was spectacular, the Steak Loli pops were worth the trip alone. I am definitely going to go back as much as i can !!!!
I have been to American Grille a few times now and I have been very happy every time. Everything I have tried is amazing and the staff is great, especially the burgers. Definitely my new favorite place to eat in the area.
I have been there about 6 times, and whether I'm there for dinner, lunch or just drinks at the bar they have ALL been a wonderful experience! Food was amazing, and really catered to my friends gluten free diet! Also, dined at AG with about 10 of my gf s for my birthday dinner and the service was exceptional, along with the food again!!! Bar is very well done, equiped with a wide array of beers on tap, and wine options! I live local, so thank u for creating a fun bar area, and yummy restaurant experience !
Just what the area was missing!. American Grille went all out on the facility, and the staff, (the parking lot, the bar, the jukebox, the patio, the banquet facilities,...) which makes it clear to me that they intend to stick around. If that weren't enough, the old-fashioned customer service will convince you! My wife and I are a young family just starting out with our son. We work hard to afford to go out to a nice dinner on the weekend and it is great to have a place that makes exceptional meals, and treats us like family every time we go in.
If you are looking for quiet, casual dining, they've got it. If you want to watch the big game at an incredible bar or from one of the many surrounding pub tables, they've got that. My favorite would be hanging out on the HUGE outdoor patio, with my own firepit in the middle of the table!

When I heard that Steve and Nancy DiCarlo would be the culinary artists at this new establishment, I started following the place on Facebook right away. The pictures of the awesome bar combined with the enticing food pics made me wish I weren't living so far away (DC). Finally over Thanksgiving I had the privilege of heading over for breakfast. It was AMAZING. Steve and Nancy have always made impressive meals but the breakfast was so good we came back the next day. I really can't wait to come back over the holidays; you can't find anything as comfortable and good tasting on DC! And this time I can't wait to hang out at that bar :-)
Great food and great atmosphere
I've been to American Grille on Seneca of few times and it's always a great experience. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Will be back soon!
Quality at its best!. American Grille is one of the best things to happen to this community and for the Southtowns in general. The overall appeal and look of the restaurant is at a A+. Just gorgeous. Beautiful bar area, on both sides and great tables to eat at, if that is what you were going for, watch a game, grab a quick bite. The dining area is perfect for families or quiet dinners. The quality of good food lately in the area, hasn't been great, UNTIL AMERICAN GRILLE OPENED. They have gluten-free options as well as healthy selections and its perfect for any age! For appetizers, I personally enjoy the banana peppers, hot as can be, but absolutely amazing. For dinner I love the mediterranean chicken, its simply phenomonal. All the desserts are home-made, how can you get better than that....YOU CAN'T!
Birthday dinner. I had enrolled via facebook in the American Grille's birthday club, got the certificate via e-mail, and was overjoyed with my meal - a small filet done medium, a few very large shrimp, fries and a great cup of meatball soup.
My wife has gotten hooked on their chicken caesar salad - great service adds to the enjoyment of this place.
The Best In East Aurora. I live in EA and I just went to American Grille. It was amazing!! Ihad the scallop and shrimp app it was cooked perfect. The best cooked scallops I have ever had. We shared a wedge salad and it was with Romaine, Maytag Blue Cheese and awesome smoked bacon. Simply Delicious.
I had the swordfish for dnner it was fresh and delicious.
In addition the service was friendly from the hostess to the server.

Awesome food!. My wife and I have been there three times and everytime the food was great! The selection on the menu is awesome and there is a nice selection of specials. We've had appetizers,burgers,pasta and steaks and everything was awesome! I'd have to say we're the Janice Okum couple of Western New York. We've been to most restaurants in the area. We would rate the American Grille a 9 out of 10! You have to try this place! They have a lot of TV's for the sport enthusiast and I've seen live music too!
American for Me!. Fab food and great service! Had wonderful Reuben Sandwich, next trip the wedge salad ...both were large servings and had great presentation. Word to Chef...it's nice to offer a roll or bread with an entree salad...most places do. gives diner a "pusher" to slide salad onto fork! Homemade chips a plus with sandwiches! We live close - but even if we didn't - we'll be back often! Servers Christy and Emily were attentive and friendly!
I had great food and service! I can't believe the good quality of the food for the price I paid. Steak lollipops and peanutbutter chicken wings were awesome! We will be back!
Food was cooked to perfection. Server was very prompt and professional. The only drawback was the food could have used a bit of seasoning. I don't want to pay for a $25 plate only to have plain boring white rice to go with my lightly seasoned Filet Mignon. That could have used a strip of bacon wrapped around it to jazz it up a bit. All in all, not bad. Will be back.
Excellent!!! Went to dinner on Friday night and was seated right away. Ordered the Eisenhower burger don't think I have ever seen a burger so big! The prices were good considering the amount of food you get on your plate an the waitress was very friendly and prompt. Can't wait to go back again!!
We tend to go out for my wife's birthday with all the kids on the actual day. She usually decides on a new restaurant for dinner each year. This year we tried a place that had been recommended to us by several friends and family members. It didn't hurt that the restaurant has a birthday club that provides you a free surf & turf dinner on your birthday. With these two things voting in favor of it, we tried American Grille on Seneca for the first time on my wife's birthday this year.
Great experience! Food was Awesome and Tasty! Comfy and relaxed atmosphere, but still upscale and clean. Craft beers, Big Wolf sandwich platter, Shrimp and Avocado Salad with steak added, all started off with the hot crab dip (no pic due to the fact it was so yummy smelling we dug in immediately). Had Casey as a server, and she did an excellent job. All in all, a wonderful dinner and I will be back!
Comfortable, visually stimulating seating. The plates looked very pretty coming to us however the Rueben and the pork quesadillas were very greasy. The Smoked Beef on wick was wonderful. Nice kick for the horseradish as well. It was a nice lunch. I'll go back. ❤️
We've been several times and continue to enjoy atmosphere snd great food. Everything I've ordered, I'd have again! From apps to entrees as well as a wide selection of beverages, my family (even my pickiest daughter) has enjoyed AG. Looking forward to our next visit already

Great fish fry. It was cooked perfectly. Quick service, waitress on her first day there did well. Airy, open, and everything we saw going to other tables looked amazing.
Very nice place. I liked the outdoor patio for lunch and am excited to go back after 5 for the outside patio bar section. Bonus you can bring your dog to the outside bar patio after 5! The food was pretty average food. We didn't get too adventurous but their homemade fries are amazing and the homemade mac and cheese is pretty good too! The wait staff was very nice and quick.
I had a bridal shower for my daughter there yesterday and truly want everyone know it was excellent. I was stressing for my guests arriving due to the weather and felt extremely comfortable there with the wild winds. The food was very good but the service was outstanding! Zack the banquet manager knew what I wanted and when I wanted it. He was constantly visable for any help or questions etc. I also need to give a shout out to our bartender Jen. Always available and couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you so much!
Excellent Fish Fry, Wonderful Service! This was this first time I have eaten at American Grill for dinner. Several years ago I had lunch here and remember it was very tasty. We both had the fish fry and it was incredible! Dare I say it was the best fish fry I have ever had. The fish was tasty and the beer batter crunchy and not at all greasy. The sides were just right. The service we quick and friendly (as were all the employees). Good Job! We will definitely be back!
Really nice place. Friendly, good service, great food. The chicken teriyaki stir fry is amazing! The volcano shrimp appetizer is served in a generous portion and gives a little surprise”kick” after eating it. Very good. Always pleased with food and dining experience here.
