So after 20 or so minutes of me waiting for my delicious cheese burger that I ordered, I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of burger. If I wanted a cheese, I would have asked for a cheese. I wish I could have forgot to give you the money I spent on the cheese burger you forgot to put burger on.

Good McDonald's. Fries were mixed fresh and some old ones. Overall got the order correct and was able to prepurchase from the app. Though has to wait about 10 minutes at peak lunch time so not bad at all!

Tried to get a 4b Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a medium fry and large coke and the cashier told me we can only combo a med fry with a medium drink and a large fry with a large drink. I asked when did that start and the cashier said it has always been that way. So I have have to pay $2 extra because the owner prefers not to combo a medium fry with a large drink? Not going there any more!

$8.99 for a breakfast meal, upgrade the drink to large and it ending up costing $11 for a McDonald’s breakfast! Absolutely shocked at the pricing these days, but have a feeling this location in particular is over priced. Same breakfast meal at Tim Horton’s costs under $7. Oh, and thanks for spilling hot coffee all over my hand/arm and not even offering to refill it or give me a refund. Customer service these days is beyond me. Such a shame this isn’t common sense.

I have had several bad experiences with the East Aurora McDonald's. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt saying it may just be that shift of workers. After today. I feel I need to voice my experience. The girl taking the order was curt. I asked for a Big Mac Meal and instead of pop, I'd like a McCurry and charge me the difference. She said no that she can't do that. I said okay. I also asked for a plain burger for my dog. The girl who took my money said nothing to me. Not even a thank you. When I got my order, they gave me a cheese burger insteadof a plain burger, no extra mac sauce and the fries were cold. The bottom of both burgers were burnt. I'm done with this location.

I’m not the type to complain but this location has been incredibly awful every single time I go there and so now I’ll never spend another dime there. I sat at the intercom for a solid 6 minutes before I finally asked if anyone was there and then I was told to “wait a sec”. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and two hot and spicy mcchickens with no lettuce with a large unsweetened ice tea. The chicken sandwiches were FAR beyond their holding times in the UHC and they were harder than Japanese arithmetic. The burgers were cold and the cup that I got my tea in had a split down the side which filled my cup holder and my lap with tea when I grabbed it to take a drink.. beyond horrible customer service and even worse food quality. Stay away at all costs.

Went to the east Aurora McDonald's always loved it old charm and love that it still has a play ground... Unfortunately this visit we were met with incompetence, rudeness, cold food and a closed playground. :( Very disappointed please bring back the charm

whoever be cutting the food at this location said “hope u enjoy a mouth full of straight onion”. seriously though what kind of cuts… why are these people making more money than me.
