This is a wonderful addition to an artful section of East Greenwich. Tasty and fresh, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. There is a charming and inviting back room complete with a fireplace that exhibits local art. Definitely worth checking out . . .

MSC is an East Greenwich staple and for good reason. They take pride in the food/drink distributed to their customers and making sure all guests are happy. The cafe has a warm, community atmosphere and is friendly for all who visit. Keep it up!

We love the space, the people, the delicious coffee and chai. My girls all Love it here and love the mix of coffee house and then evening eatery and friendly, high end, classic bar. Great EG spot. Plus the owners is a great guy.

The one place I have to visit when I'm in Rhode Island. This New Yorker is in love this Main Street Coffee! Their French Roast Coffee and a Chocolate Biscotti are my sinful indulgence! Can't wait to come back!

To die for. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Young ladies working here are wonderful. Very polite and fast. Great coffee. Excellent place to have a cup of joe and enjoy the locals.

A cool little cafe. The espresso over night oats were pretty good! There's a parking lot across the street that usually has a space.

The night crew is great. They have the best espresso martinis and even better whiskey pours!!!! However it is small and gets real packed in there.

My friends and I come here every time we do an EG night out. Their espresso martinis are the best! Get them in the mason jar. It's a better bang for your buck!

My favorite place to grab an after dinner drink in the summer . They are in my opinion , hands down, the best espresso martini makers in the state. It's a nice , comfortable vibe inside,. Half of the place is a bar, the other half a cafe. The place is a little small, and can get extremely crowded in the summer. But when your there , in the summer , sitting outside , sipping on a salted caramel or chai espresso martini in a rocks glass, there is no place better to be . East Greenwich just comes alive on summer nights and the establishment is located on a busy summer kinda street , where people dine and walk around all night. Whenever your in the mood for a espresso martini , looking for a nice place to go after dinner , or looking for a bit of social night life on the weekend , Main St. Coffee is the spot.

I lived above Main Street coffee for about a year and was in and out constantly. I worked 3rd shift so I saw the owner a lot when he would get here around 4am. Also was our landlord! But Mike who works behind the Coffee counter is THE MAN! Really quick at what he does and makes a perfect Latte. He knows his S*** about coffee! Very personable and nice! Love to have a quick conversation with him. If he’s not behind the counter he’s talking with the patrons! The way the sidewalk and painted and the interior to replicate a European cafe is awesome and it really sets a relaxing tone. There outdoor seating that has an awning over the tables and chairs Incase there a sporadic shower or it’s to warm and sunny. I highly recommends his place! High quality coffee and a great bar on the other side with perfectly made and tasty drinks!!

Well just great that's all it sums this place up perfectly. Staff was friendly and very accommodating I accidentally put nutmeg on my iced Carmel latte and didn't realize until a quarter of my drink was gone. We were sitting outside eating and I went in the tell the girl behind the counter. She instantly said I will make you another one and with a smile no attitude very rare these days (Kelsey was great). Definitely will be back here.

I had the best chai of my life. They were handing out free cannolis to celebrate their 20th anniversary (congrats!), which was really good. The atmosphere is so cute and then turned into a bar when the coffee shop closed down.

Stopped in here for coffee and a snack, the cold brew was very strong, any coffee lover would enjoy it but maybe not for the casual Starbucks drinker. The large was LARGE, think movie theater soda sized. Definitely well worth the price. The almond croissant was good, too. Looks like it would be a fun/interesting place for boozy coffee drinks if I were there later in the day.

Every time we’ve come here, the service has been fantastic and the martinis have never disappointed. I still think they have the best espresso martinis in New England.
