I had the occasion to visit - and enjoy - JM's here as part of a 1,700 mile round trip ( GA-NJ-GA) to visit my ailing - but recovering - brother. First interaction was ordering for an impromptu "indoor picnic" that included two of my sisters at brother's house. The team on duty were cheerful and really knew their stuff, handling an order for two #5s, a #6 and a tuna with ease. Result: Delicious and family-fun time. My second encounter involved ordering my fave #5 for the long drive back to GA. I was lucky to have the same great crew and their cheerfulness was as fresh as the JM's ingredients. I plan to be back in October, when I most certainly will be visiting Jersey Mike's again...and more than once. Well done, All!

My elderly Mom, who is in her late 90's, had just been discharged from the hospital and asked me to pick up her favorite sandwich from Jersey Mike's. She likes her sandwich made and cut a specific way to make it easier for her to handle and eat. The person making my sandwich went out of his way to make it perfect - it is so refreshing and uplifting to find employees who not only enjoy their job, but go the extra step for their customers. Me and my Mom thank you and she said the sandwich was delicious.
Shawn was very cooperative and Respectful she made this experience very easy and fast and lucas is an amazing chef in this establishment he made my sandwich perfect i will not go to anyone else. This Jersey Mike's is by far the best one I've been to thank you everyone. 100% recommended going here then others!
Not bad, my uncle raves that they have the best sandwiches.. You can have items left off but just like Subway there's no customized sandwich. If you really want, then you are best going to a regular deli. And no they are not premade.

This place is awesome, they treat you with such respect there it's makes you so welcome! Although lately I haven't seen that, they are just nice which is still great. Not sure if Chris is still the manager but when he was present, this place was always above and beyond.
Each time I have gone, the people that work have been kind and courteous to everyone. On my last visit I was overcharged and didn't notice. the young man at the register realized it and corrected it before my sandwich was even finished being made. Kudos.
