I got a Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt Toasted Baguette. I had bought lots of time the same food from other Panera Breads but this was smaller than the others.. Why? On the other side, the place is nice.
Nice store with super nice polite workers unlike the one in Parsippany are totally rude workers ..I should visit the Panera bread at this location first , rather than going there ...
The young lady (nice west indian accent) that took my order was very helpful. I don't know whay I wanted. She took her time and helped me decide. That's the kind of people you want greeting and assisting guests. However, the young lady that brought my food over (runner) was asked to bring a side of ceasar dressing and cheese and she never returned. I got up to get it myself. No worries, I'll be the runner.
I just go here as a Sips club member and mobile app worker, but find all workers very nice and great attitudes-especially the manager Jesse.👍
Not only do I love the Panera Chipotle Chicken and Avocado breakfast Sandwich with a nice cold brew coffee, but what really makes one's morning is the great staff. Patty & Diane (oh, I cannot recall the nice gentleman who works there too) always bring a smile to my face. Great job all! Lars
Great customer service I messed up my order on accident and they gave me my new order without having to re-pay they went above and beyond with service
This is a standard Panera outlet, with, however, a large and pretty attractive seating area. The status of the stations, and offers relative comfort. Plentiful outlets allow for people to sit and work, though most seating is not soft or tables not very wide. Service is affective. This Panera, as all the ones that I’ve seen suffers from the problem of gaps in coffee/hot water availability, with one or another type periodically empty or missing, pending replacement.
Nice & clean, I love their Mediterranean sandwich.

I went to Panera the other day and Jesse was the one that was taking my order and I just want to say that he’s a great worker! I ordered chicken noodle soup, a bread bowl and a chef’s chicken sandwich that he talked about and the 30 year sauce aioli. He makes sure that your food is in the bag and the food was cooked right. I just want to say that I had a great chicken sandwich. Once again, Jesse gives great customer service! Give him a promotion!
Great place for a quick and testy meal.
The service is always good (thanks Camille!) and the food and coffee is always fresh when we come here with the kids on Friday nights. The seating is plentiful and comfortable. Only wish that the soups were a bit less salty and the bathrooms we're a bit cleaner. Kid friendly with plenty of vegetarian options.
This place is the best Panera that I have ever been to. Customer service is important to me, so i was amazed on their response to an incorrect order. When I received a wrong order in the drive through and brought it to their attention, the manager personally corrected the order in a very short amount of time and even offered a dessert for the trouble. He was very concerned about my experience and my overall experience. I did not accept the extra dessert, but I appreciated his apology, and his concern was genuine and helped me to feel like a valued customer and not a number.
The food was excellent and the manager's actions were a huge differencial in the overall experience. I will highly recommend this location because I feel like they care about their customers. Nice job Panera!!!
