I hadn't had Boston Market for like more than 2 decades, but I had to give a try.
I wish the decor/environment was modern as it seems dated.
I had the garlic and herb 1/2 chicken. It fell off the bone as it was juicy and delicious. That with mashed potatoes and vegetables is like comfort food righ
Just spent $40 on a bunch of food and almost everything went straight in the trash. Mac and cheese was watery, corn had no flavor, crispy chicken sandwich was a mess of mash I couldn't even bring myself to eat, prime rib was so overcooked and came with no proper sauce so I literally fed it to my dog
Sad shadow of what this chain had to offer years ago. Chicken was up not up to standard, dry and barely warm. No one in the restaurant while I was there except for minimal staff. Floor had 5 foot puddle behind the counter the staff were walking around. General facilities old and worn.

The smell when we walked in was gross. I guess they just mopped but it didn’t smell like food it smelled like dirty wet mop. The Mac and cheese was watery and the potatoes and cream spinach had no taste. For 57$ it was very disappointing
Stopped in at this Boston Market, has been two years since I've been here. Clean. Got helped by Cathy, who was fantastic. Talk about someone who has a passion for her job. Helped me pick sides for our family and gave nice size portions that filled the bowls (got a family of four meal).

Staff was pleasant and attentive. The food for a franchise was delicious and they were generous and secured any package that could potentially leak. Great deals; bought the two meat combo. Been here many times over the years. Would certainly return.
