I hadn't had Boston Market for like more than 2 decades, but I had to give a try.
I wish the decor/environment was modern as it seems dated.
I had the garlic and herb 1/2 chicken. It fell off the bone as it was juicy and delicious. That with mashed potatoes and vegetables is like comfort food right there. Who cooked the chicken did a fantastic job on it.
I just hope Boston Market can market it better, because the food is already good!
Stopped in at this Boston Market, has been two years since I've been here. Clean. Got helped by Cathy, who was fantastic. Talk about someone who has a passion for her job. Helped me pick sides for our family and gave nice size portions that filled the bowls (got a family of four meal).
She also talked with me about the coupon promotion ($1 for a book of coupons for 2022) and the good cause it supports (Boston Market supports the 'Make a Wish Foundation' and the village for children in Florida).
On a busy Sunday morning during a hectic time of the year, she brightened the day. I left Boston Market smiling because of her warmth and care.
Then back at home, the dill potatoes proved to be another good choice for the day. Thank you Cathy - we'll be back much sooner next time.
Staff was pleasant and attentive. The food for a franchise was delicious and they were generous and secured any package that could potentially leak. Great deals; bought the two meat combo. Been here many times over the years. Would certainly return.
