Visited Carmine's for the first time and was completely impressed! Wasn't sure what to expect but when I walked in the door the atmosphere was amazing. Great crowd of people, fantastic waitstaff and delicious food. The band was awesome too and the sound in the place was perfect (loud enough to enjoy but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation.) The owner sat us at our table and immediately made us feel like it was a place to relax and have a great time. Very unexpected place in all the best ways. Highly recommended. We will be back! Thank you!

Carmine is a phenomenal restraunteur, chef, and host. His food is outstanding, the atmosphere is filled with fun and love, and his staff is just fantastic! The bartenders are really mixologists disguised as bartenders; Emmy and Stephanie literally wait on you hand and foot and if you're eating at the bar, they make sure everything is perfect! Carmine himself is quite an accomplished musician, and if your lucky enough, he will get up and jam with the very talented musicians he hand picks for the entertainment. I highly recommend Carmine's Bar, Grill & Stage, especially if you're looking for phenomenal homemade Italian food, a great night out, and the best live entertainment around!!! Tell Carmine Digby sent you, and he'll probably throw in free unlimited glasses of water with dinner just for mentioning my name!!! ��
