Alfresco's Restaurant - East Hartford - Photo album

Not the correct name of the place, now it’s C&E or something which I didn’t know until I drove up for my to go order. Chicken parm had “nubby” pieces of chicken. Not sure if the onions and peppers were from a can. Not good. Must be better options than this. Sorry but the nubby pieces not good.
Our family has visited Al Fresco when we happen to be in the area (we live in MA) or made the trip for special occasions. It is always clean and surprisingly not busy even on weekend nights. The service is friendly (last evening we were helped by Dorothy, who offered friendly conversation) and all
Service was very slow. The waitress had a flat, disinterested personality and didn't really seem to care how long we waited. She forgot to bring my daughter's salad. The french fries were barely cooked and disgusting. I used to really like this restaurant but it seems to have gone down hill.
My family and I had a wonderful 75th pizza party there and OMG, could not have been more pleased. Food was awesome and the service was great. Wings were great! For 75, I made a great choice. Very pleased.
My favorite dish is chicken francaise. The pizza and salads are always great as well. Dan, is friendly, personable and attentive. You will be pleased if you are lucky to have him as your server.
Went there around Christmas time. Don't let the outside fool you. The food was absolutely amazing. We had a party of nine and every dish we had was delicious. Family owned restaurant and you could tell the food was cooked with love. Great experience!
Absolutely disgusted with this place! We came here after my nana's funeral because she loved this restaurant{before the new ownership} we walked in at about 11:20am on a Friday for pizzas & beers, about 12-14 of us, they wouldn't let us order pizzas off the menus they gave us, or any pitchers of bee
Cozy, casual and affordable family dining with large portions from a large menu...like a diner and an Italian restaurant mash-up. Our family loves this place, and it feels like a hidden local gem. They also have a pizza place on the side.
