We went on a Sunday when they weren’t busy and we were taken care of right away. Our server, Ariana, was so sweet and got us everything we needed in a timely manner. One of the other waitresses even closed the blinds for us when she saw it was getting too warm for us.

My family was in Lansing this evening and attended dinner at Applebees. Our server was Lexi. I can’t even begin to tell you how pleasant this young woman was. What a nice addition you have with her on your staff. We will definitely revisit your restaurant when in the area.
Food was pretty good. Service could be better and more attentive for sure but that's the good industry now. Overall not bad.
I visit Applebee's a couple of times a week. Emily has become one of the sweetest, attentive bartenders that I have had the pleasure to have been served by despite having no prior experience. In my estimation, she will go far in the hospitality industry should she decide to do so.
My server was Perry. I was greeted and he was very appreciated of me coming + dining with AB. very attentive to our needs, never had to ask for a refill, never had to RE-ASK for anything really. He would just know what we already wanted/needed.

I believe my servers name was Jennifer H- at least that is what was on my receipt. I came in to do some work and grab a bite and I had a gift card with $25 on it. I didn’t think it had the full $25 so I gave her my debit card too. Apparently the bill used up $23 of the gift card and I didn’t have to
Apple Bee’s is truly a blessing! I never have to wait at all! I live this location and all of the staff here have always greeted me with a smile! The food is simply amazing! My sever was Angel and let me tell you about Angel🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
