Donna was very helpful and great at responding to my emails regarding my orders. The cake was really good and she always tried to make the cake look just like the design.
Not only was this the most beautiful cake I have ever had, but the most delicious. My niece, who loves to bake, said she could never get buttercream to taste like that. And the mousse filling was to die for. Every guest from the youngest at 6 to the oldest at 88 raved about it and wanted to know where I got it. Rest assured, we will go nowhere else for our cakes.
The baker Nia was so nice and she did an amazing job. She had a great attitude and wanted details and was eager to help. The people at the service counter were pretty good one lady was much more engaged than the other but overall my cupcakes were delicious and I will be back.
Baby shower cake turned out great! Donna was very helpful and great at responding to my emails.
My mother-in-law hosted my baby shower and worked with Donna to plan the farm themed cake and cookies. She wasn’t able to go in person to the shop but was able to seamlessly coordinate with Donna via email. The cake and cookies were not only beautiful and on theme but also tasted delicious.
I also received my wedding cake from Donna so it was really special to have her make me this cake for another special event!
I asked for a cake in the shape of a flamingo. What a fabulous job! Not only was it beautiful and real looking, it tasted amazing.

We ordered a chocolate mousse birthday cake for our son at Entenmann’s second year in a row. Although we live about an hour’s drive from the bakery, our guests and we enjoyed their moist and delicious cake so much, that we didn’t mind the distance. They also put an edible image with an image file that I sent them. It’s also very reasonably priced and great quality for the price, considering everything is so expensive nowadays. Even pre inflation I have paid much more for cakes at other bakeries.
The only thing I will be sure to ask for next time is less frosting on and inside the cake.

Entenmanns made the most beautiful and delicious cake for my mothers 70th birthday. They were so easy and accommodating to work with. We look forward to working with them again .
We had double birthday party where both kids wanted everything to be Pokémon. So we ordered two Pokémon Ball cakes that look the same but different inside. I do not have a photo in my phone right now to share the photo but believe it or not, the cakes looked exactly the way they were on the photo I showed to baker. She did the great job. The taste was amazing as well! One cake was red velvet and another golden / vanilla. Nom nom nom. All guests loved the cakes and asked for location where I got them from.
It was our first experience with the location and definitely will be back for more custom cakes.
Was 'turned on' to Donna and her amazing staff at Entenmann Family Bakery when I was in a pinch and didn't have the time to do it myself...well, I was COMPLETELY IMPRESSED with not only their professionalism, but the look and taste of their cookies and cakes are out of this world!!! Everything is so fresh and made to order. They are more than accommodating with special orders! I may have to hang up my apron and leave all my baking needs to Donna and Debbie! Thank you so much for the lovely cookies and graduation cake - they made my daughter's day!
I ordered a cake for my son's 10th birthday, with vanilla and chocolate pudding filling. Cake was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend this bakery.
