For more than a dozen years, this Chili's location has been my absolute favorite location. We've gone here countless times and I can count on one hand how many issues we've ever had with our food, all of which were met with prompt apologies and correction. The service is always spot on, the food is always hot and delicious, and the restaurant is always clean. Tonight was no exception. Since my boys were just little toddlers (now teenagers), Chili's has always been a place we can count on for a delicious family friendly meal that was easy on the wallet.
Saturday night, after 8:30 p.m. Sat right away. Margarita in a small glass, not as pictured. Service was great, except lack of table clearing. Food was adequate.
Came in late to meet up with some friends, and despite dropping in at odd hours of the night, our bartender Bella was SUPER attentive and sociable with us. The food was great and she assured we got our food before the kitchen closed.
It's been awhile since I had this good service with a chain restaurant. Definitely will be coming back!

Good chilis. They have a very low cost lunch option right now that IMO can't be beat by most fast food places, let alone any standard restaurants. Will visit again.
The food and staff were great during my visit to this chilis. Our waiter, Chris was personable and attentive throughout our meal. The manager was very friendly when she came over to check on our meal. I would highly recommend visiting!
Chili's, a must try with your family and friends. Place looks Great and with the bar, definitely visiting again. Love the chips and salsa with guacamole.

Delicious, accurate and very accommodating. We always leave on a full stomach and with leftovers to bring home.
It's probably the best chili's we've ever been to. My wife and I moved recently and have been checking out what's good in the neighborhood, and then Jackpot! Finally somebody's got their stuff together. The service was great. Food was on point, and the staff looked really happy. Like they really wanted to be here and took pride in their job. Haven't seen that since before the pandemic. I'm definitely gonna be here regularly. Good service, simple meals, and great energy by all team members. Chili's should use this location as their model.
Chili's grill and bar restaurant is my favorite restaurant to go all the time.
This location is also very conveniently located on Jericho turnpike.
Staff is very nice and smiling, our server was was very good , she took our order and delivered with smile. Good and quick service. food is also delicious , will go back again.
I went with my family of 6, we walked in, were greeted and promptly sat down, I was honestly taken aback with how budget friendly the menu was, I was expecting diner prices, instead it was a rather reasonably priced menu. We got served our drinks first and I got myself a half and half, and for what it was it wasn't too sweet and not too bitter, absolutely enjoyed it. Then came the entree, I got soup, my family got chips, the soup was delicious, wish it was a larger size due to how good it was, but it was an entree after all. Regardless, when the actual meal came, my carne asada, I was surprised by the complexity of the dish. I was expecting something rather simple, but I got rice, beans, tortillas, lemon, and cilantro. Impeccable flavor oozed from this dish that had my taste buds going for a trip, absolutely would go here again. The food is well priced, the atmosphere is interesting, and the drinks are delicious.
