Although frozen yogurt, it tastes like ice cream!! Delicious, does not have an after taste like some frozen yogurts do. Good selection of pre packaged items and cakes..staff pleasant and friendly..
got a basic vanilla soft serve with oreo toppings and it was amazing! carvel is my favorite but it’s too sweet sometimes, this was the perfect amount. tasted just like soft serve

How can I express the significance of customer service, attentiveness and patience. The owner should be so proud of how his staff handles every order and more importantly, every customer. The staff greets every customer and send them off with a thank you.
What I witnessed tonight by a customer was disgusting, rude and disrespectful but more so I was so impressed with the way the young girl/employee handled the situation. She was patient and professional and she was probably all of 16 working her first job in the most demanding customer service business.
You could sell the worst product (coincidentally it’s the best TCBY in the country) but if your staff is engaging, sincere, attentive, caring and nice, customers will always come back. As I do and as I will. Many thanks to the employees !!!!
Best frozen yogurt around
They are very kind. The smoothies taste great and they make it thicker if you ask. Also my $3 coupon wasnt eligible because I didnt spend enough and they took off $2 from the total anyway!
Stopped here as a treat after a tutoring session at Huntington Learning Center. Great selection and even more important, they did a great job with cleanliness. Felt very comfortable and will be back!
I always get a parfait especially on Saturdays when it is $1 off. Never know what to put on the bottom though. Been going here for years, always friendly kids behind the counter. Today their credit card machine was down. Good thing the wife had some cash! Place is clean and new being that they just moved in. (They had to move to make room for new TDK bank) Room for about 10 to sit inside with a couple benches outside. Conveniently located next to Mozzarella pizzeria if you are hungry too.
This TCBY is easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Dix Hills and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restroom. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Many locals. We will definitely be going back.
Hadn't had TCBY since I loved on queens over 20 years ago. Same great taste. White Chocolate Mousse is the best!
