Review Smashburger - East Northport

Great Food, Great Prices, Great People Let's start with the fact that I was made to feel like family as soon as I stepped in. Most establishments make you feel like a nuisance, however SB starts the whole process correctly. Within 30 seconds I was greeted and ordering. The whole process was painless and I was properly informed if all the benefits of SB Membership in under 2 minutes. However as good as the service is, the food is on another level. My burger was so good, even if the service was horrible I would come back. My fries were cooked perfectly and I think I just had the juicest burger in the world. Oh and that bacon tho 😍😍😍. In all I spent $14 for the meal which is worth it because I would have gladly paid more. I think you get it, go to SB for any reason. Get a burger and fries with a Coke and live life the way it was meant, deliciously. You're welcome

I downloaded the app today figure I stop in for try since it's been sometime. The cashier was very professional and cordial. The manager named Jerry who bought my food over was extremely nice, shook my hand, called me by name and thanked me for stopping by. The food was prepared and packaged nicely for my take out. I can't wait to try it, it smells amazing. I arrived home and tried the Spicy Guac Double Burger...oh man...the spice, jalapeno and guac was off the chain. I ordered the sweet potato fries, they were just right. Forget the McDs, Wendy's or Burger King. Smashburger is the one.

What an excellent experience. I've been to many different burger places, comparing each new one I visit to the last one I've been to, and I must say this place is now in the top 3 of the 30 or so burger places I've been to. The burger is so juicy, and so flavorful I immediately knew that I hit the jackpot after the first bite. I ordered the bacon and cheese double patty smash burger, and unlike alot of burgers with bacon on it, the flavor of the burger wasn't so dull that the bacon and cheese masked it, the burger meats flavor was just as powerful as the bacon and cheese. That was a rare for me and wow was I impressed. The fries were pretty good I have to admit. It's not hard to get fries right but they still deserve credit for making them great, not only were they great but their flavor was very distinctive. They tasted like McDonald's and checkers or popeyes fries mixed together somehow. I loved it personally. The one thing I didn't like from here was the shakes. The shakes, despite using hagendaz icecream, were pretty plain and un exciting. I'd much rather go to carvel or even Wendy's for a shake. But that's the only bad thing about this place, the burgers are excellent and that's the most important thing. I hope to go back soon.

Was riding the hype train after trying this place in Vegas and was happy it was both near me and still fantastic. Great prices good food. Foodies need to go here for their burger fix.

I was introduced to Smash Burger in Dallas. Spicy Baja, Truffle Mushroom Swiss & Salted Carmel shake are my favorites here 😋

The food is pretty standard, very similar in quality to Wayback Burger and others like it. The burgers are good, the chocolate shake was okay, and the pricing was pretty fair I thought. Not as expensive as 5 Guys, which I definitely appreciate. But the service was easy 5 stars. The gentleman who was working the counter was very friendly and kind, I've seen him there many times and he is the soul reason I want to rate this Smashburger 5 stars. So helpful, and wants to be sure everything you get is what you wanted. Shout out to you sir!

Good burgers, and if you join the loyalty program, free entrees once in a while!

The Burgers and grilled chicken are both excellent. Their French fries and onion straws are also excellent and go down too easy. You blink and you've eaten half the tray. It can be a little loud during the busy times and sometimes finding a seat is a chore, but at least you know the food is going to be the freshest. Another downside is the wait can be a little long for a "fast" food joint. The upside for this location is the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Burgers are always good here. These burgers are a step up from your usual fast food joint. Fries are great. Restaurant was clean. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.

This is a really great establishment and way better than buffalo wild wings in centereach. They are very professional towards customers, very patient, and they serve you at the table when you eat in. They make sure orders are placed properly and take time out for their customers. They even do a customized take out. If you eat in, and want to take food home for family they will customize the order to be made by the time you leave. I like to see a customized menu for more shakes, and have wings available. This is such a great place to eat, and can study in here as well when you eat in. Great atmosphere, and professional staff.

Better than your average fast food burger. Cooked to order; you can personalize it when you order. It is then delivered to your table. Fries are tasty. Standard Coke beverages with higher scale bottle soft drinks available. Made to order shakes and bottled beer also available.

Smashburger is the best step-above-fast-food burger joint in my opinion. The burgers taste great... meat, buns, cheese, other add-ons. You have to try the Smash Fries seasoned French fries! UPDATE: Crispy Brussels Sprouts are delicious! (Does that count as a vegetable?)

I wasn't there. My idiot brother tags me in posts and eats without me. I don't know how your food is so I put the star in the middle. I know, I know. Don't worry about me. My health insurance covers therapy and I drink.

This place is terrible. Saturday afternoon, 1 register open, 4 filthy tables, 25 minutes for a mediocre hamburger. Your better off skipping it.

No bang for the buck. Over priced food. One burger fries bottle water. $11.00. Wondered why it was empty. Now I know.
