Food is always good. Never and issue. However 1 person working the counter on a Saturday morning not great. I watched 3 customers walk out behind me because of the wait. There was a guy working in the back who occasionally comes out. Today he walked out looked at everyone not saying a world and walk

Decent bagel, a bit on the fluffy side but not overcooked. You ask for a little butter-they give you a little butter. Great customer service-very clean store. Coffee was pretty good too.
