1st time (and last time) customer. Bought a shrimp bento. The person that handled the transaction also handled my box. Unsanitary. He opened my box and added a dressing w/o asking if I wanted it. Shrimp was bland and California rolls were skimpy and small. Looks good though✔🤦 👎

Nothing was fresh!! Horrible!! Can’t afford it close it!! Rice hard, beef chewy not edible, soggy salad, California roll unbelievable smh! East Orange better but I’m Traumatized!

I visited this location to get my son some food and witnessed one of the cooks on his phone the entire time while I waited for the cashier to take my order. The cashier finally gave him a phone order and he put gloves on WITHOUT washing his hands and started to prepare the food. I asked the cashier

- THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE I FOUND RAT IN THE MEAT IT WAS HORRIBLE THE CABBAGE WAS SOFT AS IF IT WAS BOILED I ORDERED FRIED RICE INSTEAD GOT BOILED RICE... THEY UPCHARGE FOR EVERY EXTRA SAUCE FOOD IS DISGUSTING WORKERS ARE RUDE

awful sushi. it wasn’t cut today. restaurant wouldn’t refund. didn’t even apologize.

Got the wrong order. Called to get the issue was resolved. The worker on the phone was extremely rude and hostile. Never received my order. Beware!

I will not be going to this particular location anymore. They need to pay detailed attention to cleaning their dining area. I asked someone at the counter to wipe the tables so I could est and they offered me a wet cloth to wipe it myself. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. Enclosed are pictures of their floor
