The lady that does the ice cream made me wait over 10 minutes cuz she was too busy talking with the other customer and she got my Order wrong I ask for junior cone with chocolate and vanilla with chocolate sprinkles this is ( not) what I ordered SMH

It's a great place to go to get ice cream. The ice cream always tastes fresh. I love the banana ice cream and my granddaughter loves the cake mix. The ice cream servers are always pleasant. I like that the regular servers recognize you. It's my granddaughter's favorite ice cream shop.

This Carvel is better than half the indie spots I've taken my daughter to. The staff is super nice and they have some cool flavors I haven't seen anywhere else, like Grape Nuts and Churro.

Ice cream tasted weird and a short Asian guy I think that works there refused to wash his hands after coming from break outside… was even arguing about it and it only takes a minute to wash your hands needs better staff.
