Every single Firehouse location serves up delicious sandwiches with a purpose. The food is always fresh and top quality. We love the Hook and Ladder and the Sub on a Club.

I had the Philly Cheese Steak. It was ok...the meat was dry or maybe even overcooked. It definitely was not worth the high price. The service was ok, too. I’ve eaten at the location in Red Bank, and was ten times better than East Ridge. Probably won’t go back to this location.

Horrible. The new manager has no customer service skills and the staff is lost and has not been trained. Did a catering box order had no clue how to ring up or take the order. Did not have any idea how it worked from their own menu.
