My family and I were in the neighborhood for our sons Lacrosse game and decided to step into this establishment to get a quick bite to eat especially since we live on the North Shore & the kids were starving and we knew it would be a long ride home! Well, our first impression of this Gourmet Deli was how fresh everything was, especially the meats, and how clean it was. There are a few tables you can sit down and eat and it's just a very authentic Italian eatery. Almost Everything is imported! Our food that we ordered was absolutely delicious! We ordered chicken franchese, chicken sautéed with artichokes & sundried tomatoes, stuffed artichokes, seafood salad, cucumber salad, portobello mushrooms sautéed with balsamic vinegar, and fresh burgers stuffed with cheddar, parsley and onion!!! We also ordered imported Mortadella with the pistachio in it and some other cold cuts. The food is so amazing that I would sincerely travel all the way from the north shore again just to order the same stuff we got today! Scrumptious , we were all literally licking our fingers from how good everything was! Plus the staff was so friendly and kind, even though they were closing up, they never rushed us out once! Also something else I took notice of while we were eating there....it was a Sunday afternoon, and since it was well after closing time, apparently they forgot to lock the doors and put the "closed" sign on the doors. However, a woman walked in and wanted to order some meats, instead of turning her away ,the owners Anthony & Bobby stepped away from their closing up duties , and said "what can we get you ma'am" ??? She was so happy that they were still willing To serve her even though it was 1/2 hour after they were supposed to close at 4 pm! That speaks volumes to me as a patron of this establishment and i felt the need to share my extreme positive experience with other customers that may be contemplating ordering food or catering food from here!

Bobby and the guys are great. Whether you stopping in for lunch or placing a large catering order. They always go the extra mile. Thank you guys!

Very professional! They did an amazing job for the Hewlett Elementary school staff luncheon. Everyone was in awe when they walked through the door and saw the beautiful presentation of all the food. Most importantly, the food tasted as good as it looked. job well done!!!

Lovely Deli, from the moment I stepped inside I was greeted by a lovely smell 👌🏻 I got a Breaded chicken panini ($12) and it was pretty good! Bathrooms available.

Super professional, took care of everything cradle to grave! We had a need to cater food for a coworker's funeral for his father. Called early in the morning and La Favorita delivered in the afternoon.. They went above and beyond. Funny enough in speaking with other coworkers who happen to live in the area - La Favorita was the top pick of where to go as well! The food and service - impeccable. Thanks so much for making things so easy!

I got the Parma hero. It was delicious. The bread could've been better but I'm a Bensonhurst boy so maybe I'm spoiled. Really nice little store. All the food on display looked absolutely delicious so I will be going back to try different things.

Very nice establishment. As soon as I entered, one of the guys behind the counter took my order. The food selection is simply incredible. Reminds me of the classic Italian delis I frequented growing up in Brooklyn circa 1970's & 80's. Would definitely come back.
