The bagels are really good and soft. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered the garlic bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. Im new to New York so it was the first time I tried garlic bagel. They have variety of bagels to choose from. Would love to try other bagels. The coffee was average. Overall a great place for dine in or take out.
The bagels and egg sandwiches are very good. The biggest surprise though is the iced tea. Honestly, it's better than Se-Port. The perfect blend of sweet and lemony. Just check the hours before you go because they can be weird.
The workers here need a raise. Its always busy and with 3 people, sometimes 2 they always hold it down. Food is good, best egg sandwichs and bagels in my opinion.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast, the counter service was very quick and the young lady was very polite. The sandwich came out quickly and was nice and hot. The coffee was very good also. Definitely will go back.
My fav bagel spot, moved from 347 in Lake Grove to Setauket. A must stop for breakfast.
Still the best bagels in town! I’ve been a customer for a while Today I brought bagels to a relative in a nursing home. We reminisced on the not so distant past of having a great New York City bagel like these. crisp on the outside soft on the inside and delicious just like these D-Lish.

I went in to get my usual order a hungry man hero around 8am on 7/19/22. The young man behind the counter made it for me, and it was by far the best hungry man hero I have ever gotten from strathmore. That man deserves a raise.

All is good matter what you get doesn't burn a hole in your pocket the prices are good everybody is very nice I eat there almost everyday
Great bagels, long lines. This neighborhood outpost of Strathmore uses local teenagers behind the counter which can be a hit or miss proposition. The painfully slow system and bad layout ensure that anyone in a hurry for a bagel and coffee or just a dozen bagels will be frustrated. Still the best bagels around and usually served with a smile.
I’m there regularly once a week. I really appreciate Lisa and John who have been giving us great service especially through the challenges of Covid.
The only REAL bagels in the neighborhood. Chewy and substantial, not those bready, cakey things. Odd to see the negative customer reviews; we've only had good experiences here. Nice staff, pleasant surroundings.
Really a great bagel and coffee restaurant. Staff is exceptionally pleasant and the owner is a great guy. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.
