I first went to Mitsubishi because I was craving poke bowl I got from NYC. The customized bowl is filling and affordable ($13 before tax). The bubble tea is also good. I didn’t like the ramen, broth was a bit bland for me. I haven’t tried other foods. I’ve always been able to pick up in a reasonable time minus that one time I think they had $200 order before me. That one took them 30 mins to get to my order, but I don’t blame them. Good business is steadily busy. Will try other foods if I feel adventurous enough.

They were so nice! They had to make more tapioca and it took around 10 minutes which wasn’t long at all, she gave us this to say thank you for waiting, love this place !! You need to try!!!

Great customer service and friendly staff, they felt like my old friends! The buns were fluffy and moist and the chicken was fried well. The veggies were crisp. Perfect food to eat to beat the cold weather. Love going here! Thank you for the great food and experience.

My husband and I were headed up to Syracuse to visit my stepson at LeMoyne and scouted out restaurants before we arrived. Mitsuba Ramen Noodle came up with great reviews and we're always looking for good ramen. The food and the service were excellent! We got pork buns for the table...so yummy and the cucumber added perfect complementary flavor and texture to the meat. My husband and stepson got Tonkotsu Ramen w/Black Garlic Oil and I got the Sapporo Miso Ramen. The ramen were all delicious but I think my Miso broth stole the show. The eggs in the ramen soaked up so much flavor from the oils and broths and were a real highlight. They were out of Rose Milk Tea 😕 but the Coconut Milk Tea was good and they added a lot of tapioca pearls which was a bonus for me. The guys both had Passion Fruit Tea and it had great flavor too. Overall an awesome lunch and bonus that it is a mile and a half from the college...walking distance!

I like Mitsuba, I love the bubble tea. The Taro bubble and lychee green tea are always perfectly made. Beef Ramen was good too, the KFC buns are by far the best thing on the menu. Perfect buns and fried chicken fried to a golden perfection.

This place has great food at great prices. The poke bowl was fantastic with great options especially if you make your own. We will definitely be back. Right next door is Labcow tea shop so you can get a drink to pair with your meal. The place wasn't busy in between lunch and dinner either

Only stopped in for a snack while riding the canal. Decently nice interior. Dumplings were perfreakingfect and served in a plastic dish in a very cute little wooden (bamboo?) tray. Lovely people working here. Easily the best chopsticks I’ve ever used at an eatery that’s not a buttondown-n-shinyshoes kind of place. I would not be insulted if they started cheating out on them in the future. They’re not amazing, just way better than I’m used to at order-at-a-counter type places. This was the first of probably a few thousand times that I’m going to have dumplings here mid-ride. I kinda want to have a second order of them. There’s a head shop next door, I just may grab something for my knee ache while I’m here.

We got two "make your own" poke bowls and loved them both! Can't wait to try the ramen and the ice cream!!! We have been back here several times and the quality and customer service are always spot-on. Can't wait to go back!

Food was nicely priced and delicious. There steam buns with pork are worth something to try and come at a great cheap price! The spicy ramen is delicious and has some really tasty broth and toppings. This is a great place for a great, cheap and very fast sit down meal. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean!

Had beef ramen and the broth was perfect rich not to salty. Good amount of noodles and vegetables. Creamy boiled egg and baby bok choy with bean sprouts. Comfortable sitting feel more like sitting at a ramen stand and plenty of space.

The KFC steamed bun was delicious and we will definitely order again. The beef ramen was very tasty and the meat was so tender. The pork belly steamed bun was delicious and well seasoned but the pork belly wasn't tender all the way through so we had to cut it and pull.it apart before we could eat it. Only a minor critique otherwise we will definitely back.

Ordered at counter and waited for about 10 minutes for the pager to go off to pickup the food at counter. Overall everything looked good and the taste was decent. The chicken ramen had a generous portion of tender chicken. The tonkatsu ramen had 2 pieces of pork belly. Not the most tender. Also ordered the KFC. This was decent as well. May have benefited from a little more vegetable in it. Chicken was generous size for the $5.95 price. Only real complaint was the Bubble tea. It didn't come with pearls and was not sweet enough. Other items on the menu included sushi burrito and make your own poke. We didn't try those so no comment.

Best Ramen I've had in a really long time. This seems like the kind of place you'd find in a big city. Lab Cow next door is owned by the same people and has rolled ice cream, nitrogen ice cream, and milk/bubble tea. Highly recommend!
