Seriously - does Ben and Jerry's even need reviews?? You know you are getting some of the best ice cream made whether a cup, cone, sundae or shake! Staff always extremely friendly - vist a time or two (or 3 or 5 or more)
Chocolate therapy was delicious just the right amount of chocolate.
Hand-scooped Pints of my favorite flavors was so worth the trip. It was busy, but the staff handled it well. Exactly what you'd want to experience in a Ben & Jerry's.

Our go-to place for ice cream! It's been a huge part of our family vacations every year. The lines are long, but move quickly and are well worth it. There's free (cold! filtered!) water for while you wait, and a nice selection of little tables (and beanbag chairs!) for if you decide to hang around.
Ice cream at Arnold's is better.

Stopped in on July 24th at about 5 PM. Great service, and the girl at the counter was courteous and friendly. Got Cherry Garcia and a raspberry sorbet. Both were excellent.
The guy who made us 4 shakes during a rush deserves some serious recognition. I imagine that was a pain but we were pretty sold on the idea before arriving and there was a party of 12 who showed up right before us (who seemed pretty awful). Discovered the Cinn-Dough-rella flavor which is awesome.
