We were impressed. Our trip to Charleston was canceled so we did a staycation and spent the night on the Eastern Shore and explored places with the small town feel. It was trivia night and I didn’t think we would even get a seat. Our server Andy was great, answered all of our questions even those that didn’t pertain to dinner or the pub. Our food came out in a timely manner. What we didn’t expect was a bucket of soup! We ordered bowls and were very surprised when these huge bowls that could serve as a horse bucket came out full. Had we known we would have gotten cups or not ordered anything else. I ordered the fried oysters and they were delicious. I didnt try the shrimp and grits but my boyfriend was happy. We would return if we were in the area again.

Great meal. The entrees were fast, the steak on the salad cooked to perfection. The reuben I had them substitute Cole slaw for sauerkraut and it was amazing. We also had wings , the only problem with the wings, lol, is there wasn't enough if them for how delicious they were

My husband got the crabcake sandwich and I got the fish and chips---totally amazing! The sunken chips were absolutely delicious! We also shared the crab dip with warm pretzels. Food was fantastic, plus fast and friendly service. 5 stars 🌟

Back again this year. Crab cakes still great. Beer selection, even better. Ok, I order the crab cakes everyplace I go. In Easton/St. Michaels, the best crab cakes, hands down have consistently come from this well established local watering hole. On top of that, they have a great rotating list of craft beer on tap and usually serve up prompt and courteous service. Give the crab cakes here a try and order a side of pub chips too. Please “like” my review.

Best bar food in town. Tons of beers on draft and just a fun place to hang out downtown. The Alabama white barbeque sauce is great on the wings. The housemade chips are great, especially smothered. Not usually a wait and plenty of seats at the bar.

Absolutely gorgeous inside and very well maintained. The bartender was prompt and knowledgeable. Bee sting wings were a great recommendation. They have a large selection of spirits and some good burgers. They actually cook them to temp. I appreciate that since I order mine rare. Laid back scene and diverse demographic. Will definitely be back!

Just adding this review to tell everyone that they are now premanently closed and have been for months. Not sure why they closed, food was great, but they are closed.

The pub was great as usual. The fish and chips for lunch was one of the best on the shore. There recently changed chips in my opinion is a great change. A little disappointed appointed in their house chardonnay, but the I should have asked for a wine list. All in all thumbs up for food, price and atmosphere.

The Washington St Pub used to be wall to wall on a Saturday. I used to hate that. Its a calmer, chill bar, and if you're not in to crowds and fighting to order a beer, this place is great.

Best fish and chips in town! Their fries (pub chips) are always amazing, too. They somehow taste better than regular fries. I always manage to wind up here on bingo nights, which is fine, as other patrons will shout and cheer when O69 is called, and it's such a fun time to have a laugh with strangers over something so silly while out to dinner.
