Placed a mobile order for light dinner. Arrived after 15 minutes. Was unaware that each restaurant has its own driveway and parking lots, so had to turn around from the Chipotle. The order was ready on the Rapid Pickup shelves. The Caesar Salad in Value Duets was usual as expected. The Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup in Value Duets had many ingredients. The Strawberry Lemon Mint charged the evening.
Great Panera location. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. I arrived at the beginning of lunch, there were plenty of people already there Both seating and ordering. I placed my order thru the app and started looking for a table. They have booths and tables. Everything was very clean. Food was ready before I plugged my laptop. I had the chicken sandwich and a cup of turkey chili. Both were great.
Had the best lobster roll ever today at Panera Bread in Easton. Absolutely the best I’ve had in years!
Updated 2023! It’s back!! Had a lobster roll two days ago and even better than last year!!!!
Amori was an amazing help to me as a server. I changed my order and she was very helpful and understanding. I also witnessed her helping others at the register. We had the caprese chicken sandwich and squash soup. The food was great, as always, but the service was fantastic!

I am very happy to be able to say that the staff at this Panera location are not only professional and quick, but as my family learned recently they are also genuinely good people as well. We were devastated by a sudden loss of our father, and after leaving the hospital we had to take my mother somewhere to eat, because she had been by his side all day and needed something to keep her going. Without us saying anything, the staff at Panera clearly realized something had happened and we were treated so kindly by everyone we encountered during our visit. I am so grateful for their sensitivity on what was so far the most difficult day of our lives. And it may seem silly to be so focused on a trip to a bakery with everything that's happened, but little things like that can make such a monumental difference just when they're needed, and simply being a good person can leave such a strong impression on people who need a little kindness.
It's not anything that someone is required to do, of course, and it's not expected in any way. But the fact that they did it regardless speaks very highly of them not just as workers but also as human beings.
Always a pleasant experience rather I go inside or use the drive thru. Stafford is very friendly and efficient. Food is always fresh and my order is always correct.

Simply amazing. I go maybe once a year to a Panera Bread and wow, from being met with gentle and welcoming laughter to easy accommodations this staff was super sweet. The food was the same as it was when I was younger, which just made my memories that much better. I came with friends and even they agreed was well worth it.
Panera is almost the same anywhere you go. Consistency is key and they are keyholders. The new Tuscan chicken sandwich is the bees knees. It was really good. They have wonderful baked goods and treats to chose from as well. This location in particular was up to par and slightly better than most of the other locations I've been to. They were quick. The food was perfect and drink area was really neat.
Always when I come to ocean city I always pass here to have a great lunch and breakfast or dinner , always busy , but today it was empty, summer is ending enjoy the ocean 😇
Great food and service, the atmosphere is slightly hectic because it's so busy.
I had a meeting with a client here and needed a document printed last minute. The manager was so kind and printed the documents for me. I offered to pay printing cost but he did it for free. My coffee and muffin were great! Friendly and quick! Will be meeting with clients here again for sure!

I've been to many Panera locations in Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties. This location is the best. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. No sticky honey containers. Immaculate bathrooms. The Teriyaki Chicken/ Broccoli bowl was delicious and satisfying. The cashier had a great smile and helpful energy.
This Panera is 40 miles away from my home. But I'll be back!
