I adore going to the Quadrant! It provides a warm, relaxing atmosphere with scrumptious breakfasts and a friendly staff. I always feel welcome there. Some of my favorites include the Mediterranean omelette (prepared with egg whites), the divine French toast, and their perfectly prepared bacon. They have a self-serve coffee station which offers an array of tasty choices (I like to pair the Chocolate ecstasy with decaf), and next to that is a self-serve water station for a refreshing cool cup of cucumber water, or whatever may be in season. The entire staff works hard to ensure their guests have an enjoyable experience. Five stars!
We drive an hour to enjoy this wonderful gem in Easton. The atmosphere is unique, the servers are friendly and top notch at what they do, and the home fries are the best we have found in years of searching. We've tried a lot of places for breakfast over the years, and none beat the Quadrant.
Absolutely awesome. First time there and will definitely go again. Cozy and quant atmosphere. Simple menu made with care. The owner is friendly and all the workers are moving quickly to make everything perfect. Definitely recommend this place.
Very unique little breakfast spot with excellent food an great coffee, my friends and I meet there to catch up and they are always accommodating, even for a group. Love this place ❤️
food is excellent, nice little place to go grab a coffee and a bite. the only thing that struck me as odd is they charge you for a refill on coffee. i can afford the extra dollar but i think a refill should be complementary.
The best waffles I've ever had. Everything is so rest about this place. I always make a stop at the quadrant when I'm in the area. Highly recommend.
Delicious food, unique market specials. The bread is out of this world � Self serve coffee which is nice, refill when needed. Amazing staff... They remember you and treat you like family. This restaurant does take longer than your typical chain. We enjoy that. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere!!
I never knew walking pass this "book store" that they were gonna have the most amazing breakfast in the world. From the waffles to the omelette to the orange juice . EVERYTHING IS AMAZINGGGGGGG ������

Passed by here many times and always thought this place looked interesting but never had the opportunity to stop in. So glad we finally decided to try it today. Fabulous out of the ordinary breakfast, with friendly staff in a very cool & somewhat offbeat yet cozy setting! Think I found my new favorite breakfast spot! As Arnold says," I'll be back!"

It's been a while for me. I had a nice experience, the food is stiill as yummy as I remembered and I was impressed with the changes upstairs. Our sevice was quick and it was lunch hour.
