This places serves some of the best Thai dishes I've had. The Pad Kee Maw (Drunken Noodles) is flat out the best I've ever had, and I've have them all over Asia. The ratio of noodles to veggies to protein is spot on. The seasoning is perfect and the noodles are wok stir-fried amazingly. The crunchy salad, grilled eggplant, curry puffs, and green papaya salad are also wonderful. The Pad Thai is delicious with just enough 'funk' from seasoning to make it mouth watering. The family run restaurant is wonderful with owner and owner's son being very hospitable. Service can be slow if it's busy, but it's worth the wait. We've never had a bad experience here, it's our favorite place in Easton.

This is hands down the best Thai Food in the Lehigh Valley. Awesome owner and great food to boot. I recommend any of the Thai Curries as they are all full of flavor. Amazing chef! The food is so tasty and authentic here I guarantee you'll be addicted like my wife and I! We just can't be enough of this place! This restaurant is definitely one of the hidden gems of downtown Historic Easton. Come here to experience what REAL Thai Food is supposed to taste like!

Our favotite place to eat hands down. Love the pad kee maw and the crunchy salad. Very consistent in the food preparation and quantity. On some nights the chef is actually the waiter as well! Great small venue with big time flavor. Highly recommended.

I love this place. Best drunken noodles around, tea served in an iron kettle, homely decor, reasonable prices, staff treats you like family and makes you feel very welcome

Great little "laid back" Thai restaurant! We've been coming here for years! Not a place for fast service...just come with your favorite bottle of wine and relax! Bangon is a sweetheart and her son, who is now doing the cooking does a great job. We would surely miss it if they ever close up shop!

Wallace and Bangon are great people. Their son, Pepe has taken over all the cooking from his Mom and food is just as good as his Mom's! Great BYOB restaurant and "under the radar" in Easton. Have been going here for well over 6 yrs.

My husband and I used to eat at Touch of Thai 10 years ago. Last night we went back and the food was even better! The portions are great. The people are pleasant and it is not stuffy. The Basil Seafood was prepared perfectly along with the appetizer. My husband got a noodle and chicken dish that was absolutely to die for. We plan on bringing the family back there this week. The pricing is well within reason for just about anyone. If you are looking for authentic food prepared right, this is the place.

Really solid Thai food. The atmosphere is a little underwhelming but if you're looking for solid Thai for a good price, it's ideal.

I’m getting that change of season cold and I live right down the street from touch of Thai. I phoned to order their spicy soup and asked if they happen to have summer rolls or just spring rolls. To clarify, spring rolls are fried, summer rolls are fresh. Only spring rolls were on the menu. The gentleman told me he could make them, but couldn’t today because he was very busy. I said no problem because it’s not a regular item on their menu. I went to pick up my soup it took a little longer than I had been told. When the chef came out, he told me he made my summer rolls. That was awesome and a great surprise. They were beautifully handmade and overflowing with fresh vegetables and a delicious peanut dipping sauce. Thank you, Touch of Thai! Recommend!

Very friendly owners and the food is outstanding! Not too greasy and the flavor is right on. I have tried other Thai restaurants in the area, and none of them compare to Touch of Thai. My go to are the drunken noodles or the Pad Thai, which are superb; we have also tried different types of curry dishes that were also great. If you are craving Thai in the area of Western NJ or Eastern PA - Touch of Thai is the place you need to go. Enjoy!

Many years ago we would frequent Touch of Thai and to be honest I can't really pin point why we stopped going. We decided to go back last night after so many years. Wow were we missing out on some good food! The restaraunt is small and cozy. Great selection on the classic Thai dishes you may be accustomed to as well as some great Chef Specials. We had a great variety of food from soups to apps and our entrees and nothing disappointed. The only set back is that service is a bit slow. It was not crowed when we dined and not a whole lot of staff. I am assuming it was just an off night and they can accomodate staff on their peek times. Overall great food...great price! Can't wait to go back.

Really great food but the parking can be rough (make sure you try and park in the back, around the block) and the service is dubious. It's a small, cozy place with a family feel, but that family feel can be a bit too comfortable sometimes. Waiter/waitress service can be hit or miss. But overall the food is fantastic.
