We had a great breakfast at the skillet. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Limited seating in this place so make a Rez or get takeout. They have some very good burritos and breakfast sandwiches to go as well.

Island Skillet was recommended to me by one of my friends and it did not disappoint! We ended up eating here for breakfast/lunch 2 days in a row.
The ham and cheese omelette was good overall. It was very cheesey but the eggs were a little overcooked. It came with a side of hash browns which were perfectly crunchy on the top as well as a side of toast (sour dough) which was delicious. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Breakfast burritos are phenomenal! We tried one with sausage and another with bacon and enjoyed them both. They are stuffed full of eggs, cheese, hash browns and meat of choice. For the price, it's a great deal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
TBA (turkey bacon avocado) was a lunch time dish. It was a little pricey compared to the breakfast dishes, but was good. We ended up getting a side of Caesar salad which was a good break from sides of fries. The sandwich was stacked, the deli turkey was thick cut and grilled, the avocado was fresh, with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on sourdough bread. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I ordered a hot chocolate as well. It came in a big cup with whipped cream, I really enjoyed it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Service was great, friendly staff, it can be busy, however the waiting for it is worth it.
The food was amazing, tasty, soft, done to perfection, they even have their very own Spicy 🔥🔥🔥 Hot Sauce Rack.

Great cook! My over ez eggs done perfectly! Lynn was my waitress and was calm cool and collective when I gave her a hard time with my difficult order! This restaurant is filled with culture and great atmosphere I would highly recommend dining here for breakfast! The Lunch menu also looked good! I couldn't even decide what I wanted! 🧡🧡🧡
Amazing food and friendly staff. We ordered a bowl of their Mac & Cheese, and it was superb!!! I love everything about this restaurant and totally recommend this to others. They even have a bookcase full of hot sauces! From ghost pepper sause to Tapatio. No matter what floats your boat, they probably have something for you. Definitely earned a 5 star! Great place! Family friendly and affordable! You can definitely share the skillets.
Breakfast/food = Solid. Had the Western Omelette (good portions) for under $10 and Chef's Omelette.
Service = just ok. Greeted with a remark saying that it s a 10 min wait when there was an empty table in front that just needed to be cleared. When we said "it s ok" and stepped out to go walk around, the guy said if you aren't back in 5 mins you'll loose your table. Well, good morning to you too!
When we sat down, I asked the waiter what s good (pointing at the menu), he said to me, the food and the service. Not much of a service if you don't even want to recommend anything to me to help me out.
Redeeming features were that the food came out quickly and the bill came quickly.
Cleanliness = mediocre. My "clean" fork had a clump of food on it. The mug and water glass had a milky taste even though I was drinking water.
I'm giving the place 4 stars because I would go back for the food.
Go here now! Best breakfast we have had possibly ever. I do not say this lightly. I had a breakfast burrito that was delicious and seemed to be sent down from heaven. There is also something in their waffles that is fabulous and makes them taste incredible. Even though the person at the cash register was extremely rude both on the phone and in person and to other customers right in front of me, our server was so friendly and polite and the food was so amazing that I am still giving it 5 stars.
Breakfast done right in Eastsound on Orcas Island! I had the Western Omelet, my sweetie the Swiss Omelet, and two MOUNDS of food arrived that were perfectly assembled and cooked! YUM! Price was reasonable, and the service very pleasant, too. We will definitely be back!
Great little place! We found easy parking on the street. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was great they were out of burgers which was disappointing so our group had to order other items such as: shrimp & avocado omelette, the ruben sandwich, the TBA sandwich, the breakfast burrito w/ avocado & the eggs Benedict. All the food we got was delicious and the servings were filling with some of us taking doggie bags with us. The prices were good. The group I was with were the only ones in the entire place all the other tables and chairs were put up and we felt kinda rushed out since it was only 1:30 in the afternoon during pride weekend. We all were generally satisfied with our visit. We will definitely try and stop again when we visit Orcas Island next time 💜

We had breakfast here today and it was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. My wife and I both had omelets and they were generous in size and everything tasted fresh. The hash browns were crispy ( a must!) and the toast was very hearty whole wheat. The coffee was good and the service was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment for a pleasurable relaxing breakfast.
Good sized portions for the cost relative to what some places cost on the island, and good staff. Menu has a lot of variety, too.
Just make sure on weekends to get there by 830 or you’ll have a wait (good sign - place is popular because it’s good).
Love this place. Perfect for breakfast while almost everything by is closed. Get your breakfast for $8-10. They charge additional 20% if your group is 5 or more. It is not child friendly though they have highchairs. And the guy at the front desk made my day. He is gloomy and antisocial in a funny way that makes you smile and feel sorry for the poor guy.

This is such a great little restaurant! The food was excellent, the portions were big, the service was wonderful, and even the customers were hospitable. It's got that home town feel. Oh and the prices, cannot be beat!

I had eggs Benedict's with smoke salmon instead of the traditional black ham, sides of avocado and bacon. It was heavenly delicious. The variety of subs was a unique experience. We are definitely coming back. Highly recommended a must try dine-out experience.
