Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a number 5 with sausage INSTEAD of bacon and I get a sausage and bacon sandwich with no egg. Then I asked where my hash browns were and was told the cashier didn't charge me for them. I said well, I ordered them and told him that she charged me for 2 large coffees and gave me a large and medium. AND I guess they use caramel drizzle to make their hot caramel coffees here instead of syrup!

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to. The service they provide when you need to get in and out quick on your way to work is impeccable! Plus the food is always hot and fresh. Compared to other Dunkins in our area, this is a diamond in the rough.

For the most part, most associates are pleasant. The one with shorter hair with purple highlights is horrendous. Not only did they misunderstand a simple order, I was barked at when I corrected them. If you can't treat people with proper customer service, get the hell out of the food industry.

It's unfortunate that I have to rate this place is very average due to the fact that they screw my order up sometimes. Still the food is pretty good. They do have a parking lot that's big enough to accommodate quite a few cars also. But at the end of the day it's just a very average experience

It’s ok , but some Hispanic there was very rude , she gave me a coffee with the lid open n the coffee drip over so I had some napkins n ask her to please throw them out n she said I’ll do it now but never again , after she was the one that gave me a coffee that spilled in my car , I think she’s Mexican but not sure a little over wight about 5”5 , ppl need to learn more manners if they going to work w ppl

Horrible employees, horrible manager. I feel like everyone there are just friends and that's the only reason why people work there. Every new employee always leaves. Just terrible. This is the one dunkin that should be put down
