We pulled up to the drive through 8:15pm. This person was working and refused to make eye contact to let us no they were closed after sitting at the window for 5 minutes. Maps said this location was open to 9.

Almost every drink is good EXCEPT the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I’ve ordered it about three times here through the drive thru and it’s tasted bad every single time… There is never enough sugar in it. i always order a venti but even when I order a grande there is too much espresso. Their recipe for this drink just needs some updating. The Barnes and noble cafe across the street makes it really well so I’d go there instead for this specific drink, it’s too bad you can’t gain stars there. Everything else is fine though!

Horrible service. Waited more than 20 mins on the drive thr, cars were not moving, by the time I was able to get to the window, I still had to wait about 10 minutes. I had my baby crying because we had been waiting so long only to receive a unflavored frapp....I mixed and tasted just like water w a little syrup in some spots, half the cup was the frap and other was whipped cream, see pic, barely any frap on it, a freaking joke ...I wished I noticed when the kid passed it to me but since I was more concerned about getting out of there to take care of my baby. If not I would've asked for a refund.

They mess up my order from time to time, but hey no one's perfect. Also I dont know if its because recession is looming or because Starbucks is becoming less profitable and stopped their dividend payouts, but they stopped giving my dogs Puppachinos. Sadge.

This location is a drive through only. The line is long and slow, when we reached the counter window it appears that we somehow missed another window where we were expected to order. I am sure I would notice the other window if it wasn't hidden. Just waisted time, buy your coffee elsewhere.

Quick service but the place is very dirty. All the counters and tables were filthy. The irony is they were not at all busy.

Great Starbucks where the coffee, teas, bakery and lunch items are always delicious. Staff is very friendly.
Glad to see a coffee chain so generous to customers. Even though this was a review I posted a year ago. I thank all the barista's so much the fact I placed a mobile order on a sandwich that wasn't available with my caffee latte; sandwich not being available and had a different one that's always delicious next to the latte. Thank you also for the Starbucks gift card! Always great service and look forward to seeing the new renovations.
