After waiting in person at the store for an hour since we placed our order online to pickup, for just 2 medium pies, they tried to hand me a totally burnt pie and a half-burnt pie. I realize they were short staffed, but don't hand me a burnt up pie when I patiently waited.

Food is always great, staff is always really nice. When I've picked up food they are always busting their butts with soo many orders, it looks like they need more staff.
