I tried to call them to have a situation rectified multiple times to no avail as I refuse to go in there. Even during the drive through they were less then interested to even be there to work and make money. This order was very simple, was not complicated. It was a Sausage McGriddle Meal with no egg
The food was good but the service leaves a little to be desired. The staff is not very friendly here except for a couple of workers. The food was perfect and I used the app so I got a good deal.
It's a McDonalds. Food is hot and it pleases the kids. Surprisingly never had an issue with getting shakes either. It's located next to a park and on a busy road so sometimes it can be busy but the drive thru lane usually moves pretty fast.
This 5 star review is for Damian in the drive through at the Eatontown location. This young man is so pleasant and courteous. You can tell that this is something that's naturally in him and not something he learned during his training. I asked for his name today bc he deserves a good review.
