Review Burger King - Eatontown

This Burger King used to be great but it has slowly gone down hill for the last year. My family and I went there tonight and it was absolutely the worst trip to any Burger King we have ever had. Nothing was made to order. There was 6 or 7 Whoppers sitting in the heating rack but the drive through only had 2 cars in it and we were the line inside so who knows how long they were sitting there. I should have known better and left. Between us, we ordered 4 whopper meals, 30 chicken nuggets and a kids meal. The fries under the heat lamp were low. They were able to get all but 1 of our fries out of it. While they were waiting for new fries, our food sat in a bag on the counter for 4 or 5 minutes. We gave my daughter a chicken nugget as we left the parking lot and it was cold. We picked at a few fries on the way home and they were warm but had a cardboard texture to them and did not taste good. When we got home (5 or 6 minutes later), the fries and chicken nuggets were all cold so we put them in the air fryer. It heated them and crisped them up but did nothing to make any of it taste good. We ordered 2 Dr Peppers and 2 cokes, they were all almost all seltzer. We wound up dumping them down the sink. What a waste of time and money. I told my son he has to find a new favorite place because we were never going to another Burger King again.

Perfect and Tamy and Kya excellents

A whopper is one of my weekness's. I love that I can buys two for $6 and change. This is a well run burger king with tables outside also. Set up for social distancing. Staff is competent and quick.

I have been to a few different Burger King locations recently and this was by far the best. My order was correct and the drive thru lane was in a constant flow of movement. Great experience overall.

Clean inside and out good service easy access

THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE IVE SEEN IN A WHILE. SONIA AT THE CASH REGISTER TOLD ME TO HURRY UP WHEN GETTING MY BREAD THEN EVELYN AT WINDOW 2 DIDNT LET ME GET ALL OF MY KETCHUP OUT OF THE BIN. NEVER. COMING. BACK. AGAIN. Ongang!

Fast food my childs like it

So many bad experiences here I only use this location when I treat my dogs. Today I walked in orderd to go a 10pc and two hamburgers plain. I watched the gentleman in the back who supposed to be the manger at this location. With no mask or gloves on peel the cheese off the burger with his bare hands and then have the worker wrap the food. I brought this to the other mangers attention and stated how foul it was. They told me to have a good day loll Someone needs the board or heath in there during these times or any that’s unexceptionable.
