Review Frozen Peaks - Eatontown

I freaking love this place! Every time I go to the mall with my girlfriends, we always make sure to stop here. The froyo is delicious and they have so many toppings to choose from! The employees are always helpful and will give you a sample if you ask them. I sometimes sneak froyo into the movie theaters. But don't tell anyone!

Cute place. The set up seems like it's more for kids and young families. The amount of options are nice. It's literally 3 stores away from Cold Stone Ice Cream so I imagine any cold snack you want between these two stores can be met with this set-up.

Best froyo place around hands down, the most flavors and the most toppings I've ever seen and I've been to ALOT of different self serve froyo places. The staff is defiantly one to brag about they are always very welcoming, happy, helpful, and they also know everything about their product. The atmosphere is awesome and fun. EAT HERE.

Was my first time going. The service was great. So many different toppings and yogurt flavors. I choose the banana and strawberry yogurt. Will be going back again.

FOUND GLASS!!! Luckily I'm the type to chew slow and thoroughly instead of "throwing it back" , because Friday September 29th i went into Monmouth Mall to FrozenPeaks and found little half-centimeter sized pieces of glass in my food! If that wasn't bad enough! I went to go tell the two females working there at the time, one was a blond and one a brunette, both short and young.. maybe in college? Anyway, i went to go tell them and what they reacted with angered me entirely! The blond sweeping decided not to speak out of fear but the brunette said and i quote "okay well what do you want me to do about it??"...... they were the most absolute worst employees!! If i was at work and that happened! I wouldve put emergency and care into the situation, try to bounce back and make the situation better, a refund would have been a dag on good start!! Am i wrong?! They were lucky i was not a loud obnoxious customer that would've yelled alerting the kids/parents there and complained for hours. Anyway, i believe the glass came from the base toppings you pour in the beginning and sorry for the sarcasm but thankyou for the best damn customer experience I've ever had! :)

Great flavors and toppings. Fun and friendly staff. Can't wait to stop by after the beach every weekend! Way better than ice cream and so much better for you!

Went for the first time and I'm definitely going back! It's all do it yourself and it's always being cleaned. And there are a million different toppings!!!! Great stop on the way home from the beach.

Great frozen Yogurt. Went to the movies and peaked into the food court to find a new frozen yogurt store in the Mall. I love the store the colors are awesome and the staff was very friendly. I love frozen yogurt and have been to many out west. They have nothing on this place. I have never seen two toppings bars and a base layer station cool idea. <br/>Filled my cup but I must admit I wanted more. I had the Island Banana and peanut butter. "AWESOME"
