Worst service. Took our order 4 sandwiches. Nothing else. Had to pull around to wait. No biggie. 10 minutes later the guy that took our order came out and asked if we were still waiting for our food. The answer was yes then we waited more. Thinking we had waited so long the food would be fresh and hot. Nope and no sauces that we had asked for. They weren't short of help cause there were 4 standing. Very discussed!!!!

I used to like Arby's, now when I go it's just a let down by the quality of the food. This last time I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich meal. Didn't recieve the fries nor the drink at first, but the kid at the window was super cool about it, and just didn't hear me correctly, no big deal. But the sandwich was EXTREMELY dry, every part of it. The bread and the chicken salad itself were way too dry to choke down. Ate a 1/4 of it and gave up. Service is always great, too bad the food blows.

Had to wait...gave a sandwich to another customer, just added meat to the sandwich that was left. Ordered to go and was served on a tray. Have had order not filled correctly, was told would be sent coupons NOT. May have to check the other locations.

A friend took me to lunch, she loves the French dip, and said the bread was really fresh. She also had a side of Mac n cheese but took that home. I had the chicken strips, the were hot and crispy, and the crinkle fries which were very good. The employees we're friendly and brought our food to the table.
My only issue was that the floor was sticky where we were sitting and the floor in general was not real clean. I have an issue with restaurants that are not clean, although I realize that right now everyone is stretched thin for employees and focusing on serving the customer first

Drove 18 minutes round trip for a jalapeño chicken bacon wrap and got home to find out I got a chicken wrap with tomato and banana peppers. Big bummer. Staff was rude when I called and never sent the coupons they said they would.

The staff here is always friendly when I come in to eat. The roast beef always seems to be moist and not dry,and the fries are always fresh. This location tends to get my order correct more often than the other nearby fast food establishments. If I had any suggestions for improvement, the tables could be cleaned a little sooner after they have been used. For the most part, pretty decent experience.
