We were in the area so we placed and ordered for our students. A coworker of mine works at this establishment In addition to her first job and it was at Angela’s invitation that we went
I was greeted upon entry. The food was appealing to the eye and taste! Our orders were taken and we were given a time when they would be ready. It took longer than we expected but a manager named Tracy, was extremely apologetic. I wasn’t upset because EVERYONE in there was working hard! It did seem like they could use some more help. Angela and a younger guy (maybe Ky?) and Tracy were all I saw. It was all they could do to keep up with the phone, the people coming In and the DoorDash people (I think they were, they had DoorDash bags). They somehow managed to pull it off with a pleasant attitude and smile.
All of these things mattered because I am very selective about where and how I spend my hard earned money. After seeing the staff pleasantly deal with customers who were frustrated because of the delay in receiving orders despite them doing all they could and move as fast as they could I could not let the opportunity pass without loudly singing their praises!
I hope you all will get your staff some help in the store and hats off to the ones who with a smile served us the delicious stuffed crust pizzas we received in spite of it all!
