Ordered the new Ham, Bacon, and 2 eggs breakfast, which comes on a hash brown bagel. I asked for it on a toasted Everything bagel instead, and I was told that no modifications were allowed on "signature" menu items. I soon came to learn that "signature" really meant "pre-made and microwaved".

Great atmosphere for studying or chilling. They have excellent service too. You can have Caribou coffee or Argotea with Bagels. They have drive through service also. Recommend it. However, they don't have full menu as their own store.

Nice Coffee and Bagels chain, staff was a bit new so it was a little slower service. Otherwise a cozy place to grab Caribou coffee and some Einstein bagels.

I went to the coffee shop twice this particular day prior to never being there before. Drive-thru was very very slow and clearly had a trainee taking orders. I recited my order at least five times only to get to the window and it was wrong. Went back with my kids and pretty much the same thing. Slow
