This is a new shop and everything should be on point but clearly is not. Your customer service for the evening shift is horrific. They need to pay better attention to their job and the customer orders. And not be having a personal conversation on the phone with their besties while people are orderin
Sandwich was fresh and they made it very fast. We had the Giant Turkey and provolone Mikes way with spicy mustard and no oil and vinager on whole wheat. The only down side it that there is not a lot of room to sit and eat if you have a big party. This place is more of a grab and go. Other then that

Ordered through Uber eats over an hour ago. Several drivers tried to pick up the food and then canceled. Uber eats then canceled the order entirely. Tried to call the store 3 times. Press 7 to speak to someone. Rings a few times and hangs up. No food for me I guess.
